With almost every command from a client cyrus-imapd's log contains a line:

imap[19443]: IOERROR: opening /var/lib/imap/user_deny.db: No such file or
directory

The user_deny.db is optional an usually not required.

Upstream decided to "fix" the behaviour now to only log the message once after
startup of the imapd process. Related bug report:

I'll submit a backport of that fix to factory for inclusion into 11.3
